MEL’s provides monthly workshops taught by local and national professionals. These workshops include specialized techniques that help to enhance a performers skills. We have participated in workshops taught by Ryan McCartan, Cory Cott, Wilson Jermaine Heredia, Sean Ryan, Lorenzo Parnell, Dominique Kempf, Steve Vaughn, Cara D’Emmanuele & Darleen Pickering-Hummert.

Workshops May Include:

Audition Technique
Musical Theatre Dance
Casting for TV & Film
Rock & Roll Musical Voice and MORE!

Workshops will be conducted on weekends depending on the availability of the teacher and are an extra cost per student.

Master Classes

We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Shaekspear in Delaware Park!!

Each month SDP will come to MEL’s and teach a different Master Class in all things Shakespeare, including:

1. Shakespeare in Delaware Park History / Intro to Shakespeare

2. Stage Combat

3. Shakespearean Text Analysis

4. Sonnet Writing

5. Monologue Work

This will run every 4th Saturday of each month at 11 AM. $20 drop in or $75 for classes January to May. That’s 5 MASTER CLASSES from Professionals from Shakespeare in Delaware Park!
